Conference Proceedings

Update: The tender for the printing has been opened, and bids has been awarded. It is estimated that delivery will be made in September 2013. The editors are very appreciative of the patience of those who have ordered the proceedings and ask for your continued understanding as we try to get the Proceedings delivered to you as soon as possible.

Important notes:

1. All fees are charged and collected in Singapore dollars (SGD).

2. Quoted price is inclusive of normal postage and 7% GST

3. The Conference Proceeding is currently available for pre-order only.

4. Conference Porceedings once ordered cannot be cancelled and there are no refunds. Conference Proceedings once sold shall not be accepted back by the WOC Organiser.

5. Cancellation of orders may be considered only due to unavailability of the Proceeding, or the WOC Organiser's inability to deliver the books as agreed.

6. The WOC Organiser is not responsible for any items lost in the mail.

7. Order is confirmed ONLY upon receipt of payment.

8. All pre-order items are not refundable and/or not exchangeable.
